Sales Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €26,000 Annually 

Our client is a local FMCG importer & Distributor and is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in sales reporting, or a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
