A client of ours, a large group of companies operating in various industries is looking to recruit a Training and Quality Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Chief Officer for Quality and Training, the chosen candidate will:
- Accurately input data into electronic databases and spreadsheets, ensuring integrity and correctness.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Promptly respond to emails, calls, and inquiries, assisting with routine correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, compiling reports as required.
- Provide general assistance to various departments, schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare documents.
- Format documents, reports, and presentations to support organizational needs.
- Assist customers or clients with inquiries and direct queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication: both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail: a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team: collaborative spirit and self-motivation
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field, is preferred
- Proficiency in Data Analysis: ability to analyse and report data accurately
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
