Our client is searching for a D365 CRM Administrator to join their growing team.
This person will play a key operational role in supporting and enhancing the CRM system, working closely with the Senior CRM Manager. This position will primarily focus on the technical customization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and providing user support. The Administrator will ensure that the CRM system aligns with the operational processes, compliance requirements, and data integrity standards, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the Bank's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Customization & Configuration: Tailoring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the Bank’s specific business needs, workflows, and operational objectives.
- User Management & Security: Overseeing user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in compliance with EU regulations, including GDPR, and ensuring proper access controls are in place.
- Data Integrity & Maintenance: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data by performing regular data cleansing, import/export tasks, and maintaining high standards of data integrity within the CRM system.
- Technical Support: Providing timely, effective support to end-users, addressing operational issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day CRM usage.
- System Upgrades & Testing: Coordinating system updates with IT and external vendors, ensuring that new features are thoroughly tested by the business before implementation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and regularly reviewing metrics to enhance the CRM’s speed, scalability, and overall user experience.
- Process Collaboration & Documentation: Engaging with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and documenting workflows, offering guidance on CRM best practices and functionality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep knowledge of CRM concepts, system architecture, and data management best practices.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and local regulatory requirements related to CRM systems.
- Experience in managing user permissions, access control, and security settings in line with industry regulations.
Education and Experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of CRM configuration and customization.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (MQF Level 5 or higher).
