A highly reputable client of ours specialising in Financial and Corporate services, is currently looking to onboard a Senior Investor Relations Officer to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

Conduct AML checks on shareholder accounts, including both individual and corporate accounts.
Process and review transaction order requests, such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.
Maintain and update Shareholder Registers for various funds under administration.
Support the Head of Transfer Agency in team management, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
Generate and deliver periodic reports on shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers.
Handle investor queries on an ongoing basis.
Oversee and manage the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers.

Requirements

3 years of experience in Transfer Agency with strong AML exposure.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

A diploma in Compliance and/or AML will be considered an asset
