Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta, is looking for a Brand Manager. Due to company growth we are looking for different profiles ranging from Junior to more Senior within Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities driven by consumer and market trends and developing marketing strategies and programs to drive profitable volume growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive volume and revenue growth.
- Achieve annual and monthly volume goals with marketing and sales teams.
- Plan and execute communication and media activities.
- Manage branding initiatives to meet growth targets.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional budgets.
- Provide competitor insights, sales forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Propose and launch new products to fill portfolio gaps.
- Share best practices and support brand and project development.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Requirements
- Proven FMCG experience in a similar role is a must.
- Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical, creative, possessing business acumen, and adept in problem-solving.
