Brand Manager

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client specializing in the healthcare industry is looking for a Brand Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Visit doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals or stakeholders to promote the Company’s brands, including pharmaceuticals, food supplements, medical devices or cosmetic products.
  • Implement the brand strategy and marketing plans in the field, tailored to the local market dynamics and customer needs, to drive market growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales representative team to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor monthly product sales, customer insights, and sales to identify opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Create and adapt the necessary promotional materials to promote the brand effectively.
  • Regularly report brand performance, market trends & insights to the Commercial Head and to your brands’ suppliers to support brand growth & positive supplier relationships.
  • Be willing to represent our company and your brands at conferences or supplier events, both locally and abroad, as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand management, field marketing, or sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries, is desirable for this role.
  • Be in possession of a valid driving license

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, or a related field. Any certifications related to marketing or business administration are considered a plus.
