Client Partner

Our client, an international company focused on delivering impactful learning and development solutions, is looking to recruit a Client Partner to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Partnership Director. the chosen candidate will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' evolving needs and aligning our solutions to support their growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships, ensuring they maximize the impact of our coaching and talent solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success teams to deliver a seamless and engaging client experience.
  • Develop tailored solutions and programs by leveraging Mindbeat’s suite of coaching and talent products to drive client success.
  • Design commercial proposals and agreements, securing buy-in from key stakeholders while aligning with business priorities.
  • Provide strategic insights on program outcomes and impact, working alongside Client Success to identify new opportunities.
  • Drive account growth and long-term partnerships, ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention.
  • Own the commercial success of assigned accounts, meeting revenue targets through proactive relationship management and consultative selling.
  • Use data-driven insights to track stakeholder engagement and account health, refining strategies to ensure continued alignment with client goals.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A passion for leadership development, coaching, and driving impactful client outcomes.

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or consulting, ideally in a coaching, talent assessment, or leadership development environment.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-through.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of contract management, renewals, and revenue growth opportunities.
