Compliance Manager

  Central Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the bank's continuous adherence to applicable laws, regulations and policies 
  • Completing an annual regulatory risk assessment 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for authorities 
  • Supporting by reviewing marketing materials in terms of relevant regulations 
  • Evaluating any changes to existing or new products or services during the development phase to ensure compliance and implement effective controls
  • Handling regulatory reports
  • Leading the implementation of new regulations 
  • Handling compliance policies 
  • Supporting with the day to day running of the department 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Compliance Management in the Banking Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English

Education and Experience

  • A Degree Level of Education
