Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their young team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the directors and Compliance Officer/ MLRO
Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and enforcing adherence to legal and internal compliance standards.
Conduct background checks on clients, partners, and third parties to assess risk.
Support the creation and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations, providing relevant updates to the business.
Perform internal audits and evaluations to identify and address compliance risks.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications.
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
Assist in delivering compliance training programs for employees.
Address internal compliance inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary.
Requirements
At least 1 year local experience in a similar role
