A client of ours specialising in the iGaming sector is looking to inboard a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their team; The designated person will be reporting to the Head of Compliance, and responsibilities are as follows:

Duties:

Provide day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around compliance and regulation.
Ensure all regulatory reporting is submitted on time.
Work closely with the colleagues and other teams on all licensing administration and due diligence projects.
Conduct respective testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme (“CMP”) designed to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policy and procedure requirements and best practice.
Ensure that sub-contracted, subsidiaries / partners are maintaining the highest standards for all compliance related activities and if not, ensure that immediate corrective action is put in place.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining policies, procedures and internal guidance in relations to AML, Social Responsibility, Marketing & Advertising and licensing.
Work closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams.

Requirements

A strong understanding of Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, preferably within the gambling industry
Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility
Excellent communication skills in English

Education and Experience

Would ideally hold recognised qualifications in a related field
