Regulatory Reporting Officer

Our client, an international trading company is looking to recruit a Regulatory Reporting officer to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports to financial authorities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on reporting obligations.
• Establish and refine reporting procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to collect, validate, and analyze regulatory data.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy, automate validation processes, and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI for tracking regulatory updates, generating insights, integrating data, and supporting stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on regulatory submissions to ensure compliance.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on regulatory reporting standards and best practices.
• Act as a key liaison with regulators and external auditors during reviews and examinations.

Requirements

• Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate results.
• Have 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role.
• Can efficiently handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
