Our client, coming from the Corporate Services Provider sector, is looking for Business Operations Coordinator to join their Corporate team and work closely with one of the Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage jobs and client interactions within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Plan and prioritize workloads to optimize team efficiency.
- Attend and assist in client meetings, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotes for potential and existing clients.
- Issue client payments, ensuring compliance with company policies, as the company acts as a director for clients.
- Coordinate policies, reporting, and testing to ensure adherence to regulations and internal standards.
- Support in ESG-related tasks, including data collection, policy implementation, and testing.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee projects related to the department.
- Monitor project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support business development and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a Corporate Service Provider environment or in Business Administration is a must
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze and coordinate financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in ESG policies and corporate governance (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
