Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  North of Malta  |  €90,000 - €100,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the development and operation of their new hospitality venture.

The Role

  • You will oversee the construction project and transition into operations, acting first as the Employer’s Representative and later as the Owner’s Representative. 
  • You will manage all aspects of the construction phase, including contracts, finance, administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • You will liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure project delivery standards are met. 
  • Once operational, the CEO will monitor hotel performance, operator compliance, and asset value strategy. 
  • You will also serve on boards of other companies within the group, ensuring corporate governance and supporting broader business goals. 

Requirements

  • You will have at least 10 years of senior leadership in real estate development, hotel operations, or hospitality asset management.
  • Experience with large-scale hotel projects and international operators will be considered as a strong asset
  • The role demands strong legal and commercial knowledge, particularly of Hotel Management Agreements.
  • Key skills include negotiation, risk management, and cross-sector communication.
  • You must be strategic
