Corporate Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €28,000 Annually 

A reputable company operating in the Legal sector is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to assist their corporate team. The chosen candidate will benefit from great exposure as well as career progression

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters;
  • Drafting corporate documents for review and arranging for their execution and filing;
  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience or experience in corporate duties
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have the ability to work in a team as well as on his/her own with minimum supervision.
