Our client is seeking a Corporate Executive to support their Corporate Affairs team in upholding strong corporate governance, ensuring ongoing statutory compliance, and streamlining internal processes.
This role will involve handling corporate services tasks, assisting with company incorporations and dissolutions across different jurisdictions, supporting due diligence processes, and liaising with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intra-group and external due diligence processes, ensuring the accurate collection, updating, and maintenance of corporate documentation required by regulatory bodies, clients, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely communication of updated records to internal teams and external parties
- Assist with company incorporations, dissolutions, annual returns, and a variety of corporate governance tasks for group entities, including the drafting, reviewing, and submission of corporate documents.
- Liaise effectively with external legal advisors, auditors, accountants, and consultants on corporate and administrative matters.
- Support various internal departments with documentation requests from financial institutions and third parties
- Maintain communication with trade registries and other regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Stay informed of statutory and regulatory developments, ensuring changes are incorporated into internal procedures.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain the company’s and group’s structure charts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team and management as needed.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across legal, compliance, and finance teams both locally and within the wider group.
- Ensure regular reporting to the manager in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a regulated environment, ideally with a corporate services provider or law firm.
- Fluency in legal and business English; knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
- A proactive attitude, with the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The confidence to work independently whilst embracing teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge of iGaming industry regulations would be considered beneficial.
Education and Experience
- A university degree or a relevant qualification in a related field would be advantageous.
