Corporate Services Executive

Our client, a leading corporate service provider is seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive to join their highly successful and respected financial services team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:  

  • Acting as a point of contact for the portfolio of international clients 
  • Respond to requests from clients, managers and internal sources 
  • Opening bank accounts and setting up any payments as may be requested 
  • Solid knowledge of related laws in relation to corporate matters
  • Being able to establish the company for tax purposes 
  • Coordination and attendance of AGM and board meetings, drafting of minutes and other necessary preparations
  • Handling all aspects of client onboarding
  • Keeping records of financial statements, financial reporting 
  • Maintaining an organized and structured client filing system both physically and through the firm’s internal software 
  • Liaising with external parties such as registry of companies, regulatory bodies, and banks 
  • Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

  • A minimum 3-5 years of local experience in a similar role is required
  • A good team player, proactive, hard-working and with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have the ability to work within set time frames
  • Solid understanding of Maltese legislations
  • Excellent command of written of verbal English
  • Ability to work under pressure

Education and Experience

  • Possession of a related degree will be considered an asset
