Corporate Services Officer

  Central Malta  |  €26,000 - €35,000 Annually 

A reputable company operating in the Legal sector is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their Corporate Governance Department. The chosen candidate will benefit from great exposure to a vast portfolio of clients as well as career progression

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients including responding to their inquiries 
  • Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and lodging required forms and annual returns with the MBR
  • Following up on actions from meetings
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
  • Drafting corporate documents for review and arranging for their execution and filing
  • Liaising with the MFSA, MBR and other relevant authorities and stakeholders
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' of local experience in a similar role in a corporate service provider environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Takes initiative, autonomous and able to work independently as well as within a team when needed
