Immigration Specialist

Our client is seeking to recruit an immigration Specialist to lead our residency advisory services in Malta. This is a key role that offers the opportunity to develop and expand their immigration service line while ensuring full compliance with Maltese regulations.

Duties include: 

• provide expert guidance to clients on Malta’s residency and citizenship schemes, including the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP), Global Residence Programme (GRP), Nomad Residence Permit, and other available options.
• Assess clients’ eligibility and support them throughout the application process with tailored advice and solutions.
• Prepare, review, and submit residency applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Maltese regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact with Maltese government entities such as Residency Malta Agency and Identity Malta to facilitate smooth and timely application approvals.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates and changes to Maltese immigration laws, advising clients accordingly.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the immigration advisory service. 
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote residency services through seminars, webinars, industry events, and digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve service offerings.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in immigration consultancy, residency advisory, or a related area
• trong knowledge of Maltese residency schemes and local immigration laws.
• roactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to drive service growth.

Education and Experience

• A degree in Law, Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
