Junior Corporate Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €29,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading law firm is looking to recruit a Junior Compliance Administrator to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Managing both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry;
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client records are accurately maintained;
  • Keeping company statutory records current and correctly documented at all times
  • Recording incoming and outgoing funds
  • Preparing corporate documents for review, execution, and submission;
  • Assisting with periodic reviews of client files as needed;
  • Providing support to colleagues on corporate and compliance-related matters.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with knowledge of Maltese considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Malta Business Registry document filing procedures is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Advanced Level education
