Our client, a leading local CSP is seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Executive to join their growing and dynamic team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Coordinating and handling day to day requests from clients within their portfolio
Attending meetings and keeping of minutes
Preparing and submitting of statutory filings as well as performing other obligations as is required of a company secretary
Liaising with third parties on behalf of the clients
Maintaining company registers
Collecting and carrying out the necessary due diligence checks on clients
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

A minimum three years experience in a similar role within a CSP
A good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
Possess excellent intrapersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships
