Senior Corporate Manager

Our client, a reputable International CSP is looking to onboard a Senior Corporate Manager to lead and join a growing team of professionals:

Duties:

• Manage a team of Corporate Services Managers and a growing portfolio of international clients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and high standards of corporate governance.
• Oversee the arrangement of accounting and tax advisory services and assist in drafting / reviewing agreements with in-house or external advisors.
• Ensure all accounting and legal requirements are met, and deliver services promptly and professionally.
• Supervise a team of professionals, primarily accountants, to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Coordinate activities with tax, accounting, and business advisory teams.
• Engage regularly with international clients, banks, accounting firms, and law firms.
• Stay current with local compliance requirements, particularly AML and CSP licensing.
• Assist the team in meeting client needs for accounting or legal and tax advisory services, coordinating with respective teams and potentially participating in advisory projects if desired.

Requirements

• At least 6 years experience working in a similar role, ideally within a (local) legal firm, corporate services provider, or an accounting firm
• Experience working in areas such as corporate law, international corporate taxation or European VAT will be considered a strong asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and a logical thinker, as well as the ability to find practical solutions to challenging tasks

Education and Experience

• Candidates in possession of a Law and/or Accounting Degree will be given strong preference
