Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Kitchen Designer. This role involves collaborating with clients to design kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consult with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using design software.
- Provide product recommendations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Achieve sales targets while generating new business leads
- Provide quotations and assist prospective clients as needed
- Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations to track closed sales
Salary + commission on sale
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
