Our client, within the Commercial Real Estate Industry, is looking to employ an Administrative Officer on parti-time basis to join their growing team. Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include: .
The chosen candidate will be responsible to :
- Assisting the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational needs to ensure seamless business operations.
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote events and services, overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, and ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
- Managing all business center facilities, including meeting rooms and office spaces, to ensure they are consistently well-maintained and client-ready.
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers, requesting quotations, and coordinating meetings to support operational requirements efficiently.
- Conducting facility tours for prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company offerings, and fostering positive client relationships.
- Handling various administrative assignments as directed by management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Education and Experience
