Customer Care Administrator

Our client who specialises in the Automotive industry is looking for a Customer Care Administrator . The role is split between administration and customer care. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Schedule appointments to maximize workshop availability
  • Address customer queries promptly and update CRM details
  • Prepare job cards with relevant documents
  • Create purchase orders, process local repairs in WIP, and manage petty cash for authorized purchases
  • Identify recalls, notify affected clients, and take immediate action to process information and job cards
  • Inform clients about technical campaigns and maintain accurate records
  • Allocate and monitor "client waiting" appointments
  • Update team leaders on work status, queries, and approvals
  • Track daily log sheets and handle customer communication for repair approvals
  • Confirm additional or future repairs with clients and update team leaders
  • Process repeat repair concerns and forward to team leaders
  • File weekly job cards and process warranty paperwork
  • Arrange vehicle collection and request approvals for government orders
  • Register and upgrade service packs for vehicles
  • Process cash deposits, prepare invoices, and handle credit account billing

Requirements

  • Maltese and English communication is a must
  • Work on own initiative
  • Service Orientation

Education and Experience

  • Previous customer care or administration experience is required
