Our client is looking to recruit an Equipment Monitoring Agent to join their growing team.
The chosen candidate will:
- Continuously monitor RVM uptime and functionality, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Track and log errors through the RVM portal and other monitoring tools.
- Monitor waste collection data and vehicle tracking for timely pickups.
- Ensure waste collector contracts are adhered to, resolving any logistical issues efficiently.
- Escalate and follow up with maintenance contractors and waste collectors to resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.
- Track contractor SLA performance, issuing performance warnings when necessary.
- Ensure RVMs and their immediate surroundings are clean, with signage and branding neatly displayed at all times.
- Provide first-line support to retailers in resolving RVM issues within their establishments.
- Accurately log all RVM errors and related issues in the appropriate software system.
- Develop daily plans for onsite visits or audits at RVM locations.
- Monitor CCTV footage of RVMs to identify and address any issues.
- Place timely orders for consumables to ensure uninterrupted RVM operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining high call-handling performance under pressure.
- Attend weekly meetings to provide updates and insights.
Monday - Sunday on a 4-shift basis
Day shift: 08:00 - 20:00
Night shift: 20:00 - 08:00
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal skill in English.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and initiative, work independently within established boundaries, and manage competing demands to meet required deadlines whilst working as part of a wider team;
Education and Experience
- Proficiency in monitoring software and data tracking systems.
- Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of working in a Customer Service/Help Desk environment is given preference.
- Must be located in Malta holding local experience in the above.
