Front Desk & Admin Assistant

  Central Malta  |  starting from €18,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Front Desk & Admin Assistant to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

  • Welcome and guide customers, ensuring smooth coordination through each stage of their interaction with the company.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and directing queries as needed.
  • Arrange and schedule appointments for customers.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed to maintain efficient operations.

Opening Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
  • Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00

Working hours: a 40 hr week on a roster

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience

  • Excellent command in both Maltese and English both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be given preference, however, motivated individuals that meet the criteria will be given adequate training.
