Receptionist

  South of Malta

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to work within the Hospitality industry. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Manage reservations via phone and online channels
  • Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card details
  • Register guests and collect required information
  • Welcome guests, assign rooms, and provide hotel details, including room rates and amenities
  • Address client complaints professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and fully furnished
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for VIPs and event attendees
  • Upsell additional facilities and services where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Perform other tasks as required by the role

Working hours - Shift work roster basis 7:30-3:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (may include night shift)

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work night shifts once in a while on roster basis
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Education and Experience

  • At least three years of experience working in a similar position
