A reputable client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and capable of working both independently and within a team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously, providing accurate information.
- Welcome visitors, ensuring they are comfortable while notifying the appropriate internal contact.
- Issue APS visitor cards, maintaining records of issuance and return times.
- Arrange parking spaces for visitors at the APS Centre Garage as required.
- Coordinate messenger schedules at the APS Centre.
- Manage meeting room bookings as needed.
- Oversee the distribution of mail or provide relevant notifications to departments in a timely manner.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by line management.
- Prepare and submit reports, and participate in projects and activities as directed.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines, and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of work and service delivery.
- Perform standard office duties such as handling mail, answering calls, ordering supplies, and filing.
- Attend training sessions as required by the Bank.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English is a must.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented yet capable of working independently when needed.
- Committed to self-development and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Higher education qualification or equivalent.
