Our client who operates in the real estate sector, focusing on the acquisition, development, and management of immovable property, is looking for a Receptionist Officer, to be positioned at the Front Desk.
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
- Managing incoming calls
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure complaints are addressed and resolved
- Keeping the database updated while maintaining communication with clients until their concerns are fully resolved
- Welcome visitors
- Assisting with inquiries & following up
- Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing and setting up the boardroom, making copies, binding documents, and occasionally serving refreshments to guests
- The Receptionist will report to the Chief Officer as required.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8 hours/day
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both Maltese & English is a must
- Strong organisational and communication skills relevant to the role
Education and Experience
- Preferably an MQF Level 4 (A’ Level qualification).
