Our client is seeking an experienced Manager within the Data Analytics department to support the strategic implementation and continuous development of data management solutions.
Reporting to senior leadership, the selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing data initiatives, system enhancements, stakeholder collaboration, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and development of data management and analytics strategies, including data warehousing, risk evaluation platforms, case management systems, and centralised registers.
- Coordinate and contribute to system changes that impact data collection and transformation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide interactive analytics and data-driven insights to support decision-making and risk evaluation.
- Establish and monitor data quality and governance standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate data sourcing and information exchange.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and upskilling to team members to enhance overall team effectiveness and career progression.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in a regulated environment, including at least two years in a senior role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Expertise in business analysis, product ownership, data engineering, or data analysis is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in coding (C# or similar) and data querying (T-SQL preferred) is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD), cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern data orchestration tools (such as Data Factory and Azure Synapse) is advantageous.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Financial Services, Auditing, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
