Data Management Specialist

Our client in the insurance industry is looking to for a Data Management Specialist to join their BI and Analytics Team.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the Data Management team to design, develop, and implement a data platform that consolidates data from various complex sources across the organization.
  • Deliver advanced analytical services, including data modeling, visualization, and insights, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful execution of data platform projects and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Analyze and optimize complex datasets to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy and promote effective use of analytical tools.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data architecture and analytics processes, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision

Requirements

  • Experience in Data management or analytics related roles
  • Knowledge of data platform architecture, ETL Processes and data integration techniques
  • Knowledge of PowerBi
  • Experience with SQL or Python
  • Familiarity with cliud services (ex AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English
