We are looking for a Polish-based Statistician to work for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX). The chosen candidate will be forming part of FRONTEX interim staff and will be required to provide advice and support in specific statistical areas.
Governance Support Centre / Human Resources / Strategy, Regulatory and Compliance Team
Duties include:
- To collect data related to the area of qualitative HR planning, monitoring and reporting;
- To support in maintaining updated the HR database on staff allocation (advanced knowledge of excel);
- To support in reporting activities on different aspects and data of HR areas and to prepare statistics/charts;
- To support Senior HR Officer- Planning and Monitoring in other activities related to HR reporting and monitoring.
Requirements
- Proficiency of the main MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook); Advanced knowledge of excel required
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written (at least B2), knowledge of an additional EU language will be advantageous
- Details Oriented
- Ability to work in a team
Education and Experience
- University Degree in Statistics, Economics or Econometrics
- Additional specific certifications in statistical consulting will be considered an advantage
