Junior Customer Data Support

  South of Malta  |  €21,000 - €24,000 Annually 

Our client, operating in the IT industry is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Customer Data Support to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information across internal databases and systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding customer data.
  • Ensure customer profiles remain accurate and complete.
  • Assist in cleaning, validating, and enriching customer datasets.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to keep customer records up to date.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed.
  • Adhere to data security and privacy protocols.
  • Provide administrative and support assistance as required.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of data management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in data entry, administration, or IT is a plus.
