Regulatory Reporting Analsyt

Our client is seeking to recruit for an Analyst to join the Supervisory Reporting team. The overall purpose of this role is executing data aggregation and reporting processes in respect of the Regulatory Reporting framework applicable to the company.   

Duties include:  

  • ensuring the accurate compilation of the Bank’s regulatory reporting on a monthly/quarterly/periodic basis,
  • performing data analysis 
  • documenting and maintaining policies and procedures 
  • conducting thorough reconciliations of key figures to be reported against the Bank’s General Ledger System
  • assisting with regulatory interpretations 
  • carrying out preparatory work required for compiling regulatory disclosures in the Bank’s published Financial Statements and Pillar III disclosures, as well as providing assistance in addressing queries from various stakeholders, such as internal units, external auditors, and competent authorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least two (2) years’ experience within a regulatory related environment is highly valued.
  • knowledge on one or more of the following areas (experience in multiple areas shall be considered an asset): Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), Liquidity regulations, Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) and Financial and statistical reporting, particularly FINREP reporting.

Education and Experience

  • Possess a minimum of an MQF level 5 Diploma in Banking, Accounting or other related areas.
