Architect

Our client is a renowned company on the Maltese islands and as they are growing they would like to engage an experienced Arcitect to project manage ongoing construction and renovation projects on their properties.

Your Role

• Supervise building upgrades, extensions, maintenance, and routine inspections.
• Support various projects as required by the company.
• Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
• Apply Project Management best practices.
• Have basic proficiency in MS Project Management software.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with company policies.
• Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates for required works.

Requirements

• Work both independently and collaboratively
• Display strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• MQF Level 6 or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A valid Perit Warrant.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Possession of a driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
