Our client in Gozo is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) & Facilities Engineer to enhance processes and manage facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CI and facilities projects, from defining the project charter to successful closure.
- Coordinate project teams, organize actions, and report progress to management.
- Address delays, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance
- Participate in problem-solving and workshops to implement solutions.
- Design innovative solutions and 3D models for equipment and facility structures to improve production efficiency.
- Manage project costs and provide regular progress and achievement reports to ensure feasibility.
- Support long-term process improvements and ensure sustainability through audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required to assist subcontractors.
- Experience with CAD software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Maltese is preferred
