Electrical Engineer

A local and well-established client of ours operating within the manufacturing industry is searching for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team, responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of processing, filling, and packaging lines, as well as various plant facilities. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Install and service electrical panels and machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on production lines and ancillary equipment.
• Perform daily inspections of all plant equipment.
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks.

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00 with overtime as needed

Requirements

• Proven local manufacturing experience with hands-on skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Technically oriented, flexible, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A clean driving license
• Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English, Maltese is preferred.
• Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta

Education and Experience

• Hold at least a Degree in Electrical Engineering
