Head of Technical - HVAC

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join a well-established company as the Head of Technical for the HVAC department. This role will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the HVAC operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of HVAC technicians

- Plan and schedule works

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

- Monitor and analyze HVAC performance data to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and customers

- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to team members

- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

Requirements:

- Leadership/Management experience in a technical role, HVAC operations highly preferred

- Able to communicate in Maltese and English

- Must be in possession of a clean driving license

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Good technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

- Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel for project sites and client meetings
