Junior Architect

Our client is looking for a Junior Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to exciting projects and refine their skills, alongside experienced professionals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the architectural team in designing and developing project plans while ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
• Work closely with senior architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documents using CAD software.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to collect essential project data and verify adherence to local regulations.
• Create compelling presentations and visual representations for client meetings, illustrating design ideas and project milestones.
• Assist in drafting design documentation, specifications, and reports to support project execution.
• Stay informed about the latest architectural trends, materials, and technology to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture from the University of Malta or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and analytical thinking.
• Solid understanding of building regulations, construction methodologies, and architectural principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
• Native level of Maltese and Fluency in English is a must
• Prior experience in architectural projects is beneficial but not essential for entry-level candidates.
