Project Engineer

Our client who specializes in the Manufacturing Industry, is looking for a Project Engineer to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible of: 

• Manage projects from the design phase to client handover
• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and determine team inputs needed for execution
• Supervise onsite installations, maintenance, and support of energy management systems
• Conduct site surveys, create proposals, and design tailored solutions based on client requirements
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and testing to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate and manage activities with subcontractors and third-party service providers
• Contribute to the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Ensure accurate reporting of service calls and installations using proper systems
• Certify and sign off projects in alignment with contractual agreements
• Design and implement rigorous quality testing processes for systems
• Provide training to both internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Investigate and resolve client complaints, ensuring effective solutions are delivered
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Undertake occasional short-term travel abroad for work assignments
• Collaborate with internal teams and share relevant information across the organization
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management as required 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven local experience in project engineering or project management
• Strong communication skills with expertise in client relationship management
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean police conduct record
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
