Project Manager (Architect or Civil Engineer)

  Central Malta  |  starting from €33,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Architect/ Project Manager to grow their growing team. Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing projects for the organization’s various sites, ensuring their successful completion, timely implementation, budget adherence, and quality assurance. 
  • Overseeing contract management during project execution with support from the Procurement section. 
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Reporting, maintaining proper documentation as per standard procedures, and occasionally preparing specifications and cost estimates for project procurement..

Requirements

  • MQF Level 6 or better in Architecture, Civil or Engineering related field or similar
  • Knowledge in ACAD (2D)
  • Driving license Cat. B
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction industry
