Responsibilities:
- Monitor application, database, and server systems to ensure peak performance and uptime.
- Perform proactive maintenance to enhance platform stability and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents promptly and effectively.
- Utilize and develop monitoring tools to identify application-level issues, collaborating with CRM developers to implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of database management and SQL (SQL Server and Oracle).
- Strong expertise in Linux and shell scripting.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools and scripting for automation.
- Extensive experience in application and system monitoring and maintenance in a senior role.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and IT Infrastructure.
