Our client, one of the leading companies in Malta, are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Technical Process Leader to join their team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical processes involved in the manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production teams to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement technical processes for manufacturing operations
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure processes are being followed and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the manufacturing process
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for process improvements
- Communicate with management and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of processes
Working hours: Monday - Friday:
- 0600hrs - 1400hrs
- 1400hrs - 2200hrs
- 2200hrs - 0600hrs

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of local experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent level of written and verbal English
- Previous Supervisory experience will be considered an asset
- Applicants who do not have a Technical Diploma but are willing to undergo the necessary training to obtain a Trade Skill or Diploma will still be considered.
Education and Experience
- Possessing a certificate in Wireman License A would be considered an asset
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable qualification
