Our client, operating in the Software, Banking and Payments Industry is looking for a motivated and experienced Test Automation Lead to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies for products under test
- Apply diverse testing techniques to identify bugs
- Report and track bugs until resolution and build test automation frameworks from scratch
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end and API tests and set up and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines
- Provide guidance and support to test automation engineers
- Lead a team of test automation engineers responsible for web applications and modules
- Drive test automation strategy, development, and best practices
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing quick feedback on the state of applications under test
- Own and manage current web test automation tools, exploring new tool opportunities
- Deliver training on test automation tools
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the testing domain
- Experience with end-to-end and API testing and test automation
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines (GitLab preferred, Jenkins is a plus)
- Strong SQL query building skills
Education and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in testing web applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation with Cypress
- Strong JavaScript skills (Java and/or Python knowledge is a plus)
