Warranted Senior Maintenance Engineer

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta is looking for an experienced Warranted Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their team and oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the Head of Supply and Operations, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment and facilities
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and training as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop solutions to repair or replace faulty components
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and costs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment and facilities are meeting production and safety standards
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in maintenance technology and techniques

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of local experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Warranted Engineer

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
