Our client, a leading player within the Real Estate industry, is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Real Estate Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate must carry a robust background in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the market, and a strong network of contacts.
This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive approach to client service, and a passion for the real estate industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Provide expert guidance and personalized service to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to attract potential buyers and close sales.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national real estate trends. Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and insightful information.
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions for property transactions. Ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Work closely with other agents, brokers, and staff to share knowledge, strategies, and resources. Mentor junior agents and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Actively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through industry seminars, training programs, and certifications.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- A proven sales record in the industry in Malta
- A minimum of 3 years in the same industry
