Our client, an international Financial Services company is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator.

Main responsibilities :

Lead corporate governance efforts by ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations.
Monitor and assess the legal and regulatory environment to align company operations with current laws and industry benchmarks.
Assist in establishing new entities within the Group and adapt existing organizational structures as needed.
Draft, review, and file essential documents, including board agendas, meeting minutes, regulatory filings, reports, policies, and training materials.
Develop and enhance internal workflows, templates, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support effective compliance processes.
Keep thorough physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation.
Perform regular due diligence on relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in compliance/corporate governance.
Have a can-do attitude and are eager to learn and grow your career
Fluent in written and spoken English

Education and Experience

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
