Our client, operating within Corporate Services and Consultancy, is looking for a Compliance Officer, to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the incorporation process of new entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement onboarding procedures for new clients and partners.
- Conduct due diligence checks to assess the suitability of new clients and partners.
- Implement and maintain robust KYC procedures to identify and verify the identity of clients and partners.
- Prepare and submit KYC reports to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and share registers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a compliance role
- Qualifications in Compliance, AML or a similar field
