Our client within the Financial Services Industry is looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Analyst to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular compliance checks, risk assessments, and recommending improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including the Malta Pensions Rules.
- Providing compliance guidance and handling stakeholder inquiries, including from regulators and law enforcement.
- Leading compliance initiatives, policy development, and remediation efforts.
- Managing data protection matters, including access requests and regulatory deadlines.
- Overseeing complaint handling, investigation, resolution, and reporting.
- Analyzing complaint trends to prevent recurrence.
- Maintaining accurate and consistent complaint records.
Requirements
- Over two years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role within a regulated industry.
- Previous experience working within the Pensions sector will be considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- A compliance qualification will be considered an asset
