Our client, a leading trading company is looking to recruit a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

Monitor regulatory developments at international, EU, and local levels.
Analyze new regulations, focusing on investment services.
Develop and implement compliance policies; conduct internal reviews and gap analyses.
Execute compliance monitoring programs on schedule.
Support internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare reports and presentations on regulatory changes and challenges.
Handle regulatory reporting (CRS, FATCA, MiFIR, EMIR).
Assist in compliance risk assessments.
Perform administrative and other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of investment services regulations.
5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in law, compliance, or a related field.
